ELEGY KARPASITIKA PENDANT OXYDIZE

Inspired by the traditional “kotsinokentimata” of Cyprus, which combine aristocratic elegance with cultural heritage. Each piece of jewelry is adorned with flowers and mythical designs and patterns from the Karpasitika “kotsinokentimata” or “kotsinoploumia”, where traditionally made are made with silk thread in vibrant red and blue colors.

This unique collection exudes the luxury and finesse of the Italian embroideries of the Greek islands, while remaining deeply rooted in the traditions of Cypriot craftsmanship. It aims to showcase the artistry and creativity of the patterns through the eyes of a younger generation, continuing to be inspired by these ancient techniques. Merging the old with the new, making each piece of jewelry a living testament to timeless beauty and cultural continuity through another artistic intervention for wearable art.

Made in Cyprus by a third-generation silversmith, in authentic 925 silver, gold-plated, and oxidised silver.
